Short answer: telc publishes two official Übungstest versions for Deutsch B1·B2 Pflege. Übungstest 1 is a free PDF and audio download. Übungstest 2 is a paid product in the telc shop. An official Übungstest 3 does not exist for this exam. If a website offers a "free Übungstest 3 PDF", the file is not from telc.

Übungstest 1: the free official download
telc publishes the complete Übungstest 1 free of charge on the official exam page. The download contains the full test, the audio files, the answer key, and the scoring and weighting information. This is the exam maker's own reference for the current task types.
Use it as a timed diagnostic before you book the exam. Our exam format guide explains each subtest and the official timings.
Übungstest 2: official, but not free
Übungstest 2 is a second complete test set with different texts and tasks. telc sells it in the telc shop as a printed booklet (€12.50) and a separate MP3 audio file (€13.50). A legal free download of Übungstest 2 does not exist.
File-sharing sites offer "free" Übungstest 2 PDFs. telc did not publish those copies. The files are often old scans without the audio or the answer key. If you want the second official test, buy it from the shop or ask your exam centre. Many preparation courses include it.
Does Übungstest 3 exist?
No. For telc Deutsch B1·B2 Pflege, the telc shop lists Übungstest versions 1 and 2 only. We checked the shop on 29 July 2026.
The confusion has two common causes. First, some other telc exams have more Übungstest versions, so people expect a third version here too. Second, YouTube videos and course handouts use titles such as "Modelltest 3". Those materials are not official telc test sets. They can still be useful practice. Do not treat them as a reference for the current exam format.

What to do when you finish both official tests
Two complete official tests are enough for two timed rehearsals. They are not enough for section drills. If you memorise the texts, the tests stop measuring your level.
