The soruLab website and mobile apps (the "Service") are subject to these terms. When you use the Service, you accept these terms.
Nature of the Service
soruLab is an education platform. It gives digital content for English and German language practice, for example PDF worksheets, practice tests and quizzes. soruLab is independent. It is not connected to telc gGmbH, the Goethe-Institut, ÖSYM or any exam organiser. The Service does not guarantee an exam result or a score. A "pass guarantee" on a one-payment pack gives more access time; it does not promise a result and it does not refund money.
Account
You give correct information, you keep your password secret and you are responsible for the actions in your account. If you see misuse of your account, tell us at once.
Payments and subscriptions
Web purchases are processed by Paddle. Paddle is the merchant of record: it collects the payment, it issues the invoice and it applies the tax for your country. On Android, purchases go through Google Play. Prices and plan limits are on the pricing page. A one-payment pack does not renew. A yearly subscription renews until you cancel it. Refund and cancellation rules are in the Refund Policy.
Intellectual property
The texts, images, software and content on the platform belong to soruLab or to its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, sell or reverse-engineer them without permission. You can use the content in your plan for your own study or for your own class, inside the limits of your plan.
Prohibited use
- Actions that damage the Service, other users or the systems behind the Service
- Automation, bots or malicious software
- An account in the name of another person, or false identity data
- Any use that breaks the applicable law
Limit of liability
We give the Service "as is". For damage from force majeure, third-party outages or problems on your device, our liability is limited to the maximum extent the law permits. We work for correct content. We can correct errors or old information without notice.
Termination and changes
We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. We can update these terms. The current text is on the website.
Governing law
The laws of the Republic of Türkiye apply to disputes. The courts and enforcement offices of Türkiye have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the EU, the mandatory consumer rules of your country also apply.
