Digital content and service
soruLab sells only digital content and digital services. Access starts at the moment the purchase is complete. At checkout you agree that the service starts at once, and you waive the right of withdrawal for digital content.
1. Refunds
soruLab products are fully digital: ready-made question sets, PDF material and AI-assisted content generation. Paddle is the merchant of record for web purchases. Because access starts at purchase and you waive the withdrawal right at checkout, we do not refund a completed purchase.
2. Cancellation
You can cancel a subscription at any time. After cancellation:
- Your access continues until the end of the period you paid for.
- The subscription does not renew at the end of the period, and access stops.
- We do not refund the remaining time.
A one-payment pack, for example the telc Pflege Practice Pass, does not renew. There is nothing to cancel. Send a cancellation request to info@sorulab.app or use your account page.
3. Yearly subscription: freeze
A yearly subscriber can freeze the subscription for up to 3 months in total. During the freeze, the renewal date moves forward and we do not charge for that time. Send a freeze request to info@sorulab.app.
4. Pass guarantee
Some one-payment packs have a pass guarantee. If you do not pass the exam, send your official result to info@sorulab.app within 30 days of the result. We then extend your access, for example by 90 days for the telc Pflege Practice Pass. The guarantee applies one time for each purchase. It gives more access time. It does not refund money.
5. Technical problems or service outage
If a documented technical fault on our side stops your access, we can extend your access time to compensate for that period. Send the request to info@sorulab.app.
