soruLab numbers its Übungstests inside its own test bank. soruLab Übungstest 1 is not the same file as telc Übungstest 1. Only telc writes the real exam. Our guide to telc Übungstest 1, 2 and 3 explains which telc files are free and which you must buy.
Which exam sections does each free source leave out?
The telc Übungstest 1 is the only free source in the table with all five sections. It is the one free file with Hören audio, a Schreiben task and Sprechen tasks.
The soruLab Übungstests cover Lesen and Sprachbausteine only. soruLab does not give Hören, Schreiben or Sprechen practice. Use the telc file and the telc Tipps PDF for these three sections.
The telc Tipps PDF is a guide, not an Übungstest. It explains each task type and the typical errors of candidates. It does not give you a score.
Which free Übungstest should you take first?
Use the free sources in this order:
- Download the telc Übungstest 1 from the telc exam page.
- Do the full telc Übungstest 1 under the official time limits.
- Score it with the telc tables and write down your result for each section.
- If Lesen or Sprachbausteine is weak, take soruLab Übungstest 1, 30 and 31.
- If Lesen Teil 4 is weak, take soruLab Lesen Teil 4, Set 1 and Set 14.
- For Hören, Schreiben and Sprechen, read the telc Tipps PDF and practise with the telc tasks.
The written exam is one block. Hören takes 25 minutes. Lesen and Sprachbausteine share 60 minutes. Schreiben takes 30 minutes. Our telc Pflege exam guide gives the full format.
How do you check a free telc Pflege site?
Other websites also give free telc Pflege items. We did not put them in the table because we could not open each one on 27 October 2026. Before you use such a site, do these checks:
- Find the exam sections. Many sites cover only Lesen and Sprachbausteine.
- Find the item format. telc Pflege uses Richtig/Falsch, matching and multiple choice.
- Find the source of the texts. A real telc file comes from telc.net or shop.telc.net.

This sample has two parts. Items 1 to 3 use the Richtig/Falsch format of Lesen Teil 4. Items 4 to 6 use the format of Sprachbausteine Teil 2, with three options for each gap. The answer key is at the end of this guide.
Part A. Read the text. Are statements 1 to 3 richtig or falsch?
Dienstanweisung: Sturzprophylaxe im Wohnbereich 3
Ab dem 1. November gilt im Wohnbereich 3 eine neue Regel für die Nacht. Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner mit hohem Sturzrisiko erhalten ein Bett mit Sensormatte. Die Matte meldet sich über die Rufanlage, sobald jemand aufsteht. Die Nachtschicht prüft die Matten zu Beginn jedes Dienstes und dokumentiert die Prüfung im Übergabeprotokoll. Wer ein Bett ohne Sensormatte braucht, bespricht das vorher mit der Wohnbereichsleitung. Die Angehörigen informieren wir beim nächsten Besuch. Ein Informationsblatt liegt am Empfang. Die Schulung zur Sensormatte findet am 28. Oktober um 14 Uhr in Raum 2.14 statt. Für die Nachtschicht gibt es einen zweiten Termin am 30. Oktober um 20 Uhr.

Is the telc Übungstest the real exam?
No. The telc Übungstest 1 is an official practice exam from telc. It uses the task types, the time limits and the scoring tables of the real exam. The real exam has different texts.
How many free tests do I need?
telc gives no official number. Do the telc Übungstest 1 once under exam conditions. Then use the five soruLab Übungstests for the sections where you lost points.
Can I practise without an account?
Yes. The telc files download without an account. The five soruLab Übungstests open online without an account, and each one has a PDF.
Are the free tests the same as the paid test bank?
The five free soruLab Übungstests come from the same test bank as the other soruLab Übungstests. They use the same item formats, and each item has an explanation. The rest of the test bank is not free.

| 6 | b) dass | The pattern is darauf achten, dass …. Damit gives a purpose and weil gives a reason. Neither one follows darauf achten. |
In Richtig/Falsch items, find the sentence with the same fact before you decide. In Sprachbausteine, check the verb position and the preposition first.
